Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JSLIDES. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility

• Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original packaging.
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items

Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Fees

• Returns: A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Exchanges: A $10 restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
• Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong size, we'll make it right with a full refund — no restocking fee applies. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

 

All returns must be approved by J/Slides before being shipped back. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.
